Ultrasonic Cleaning Bath
Our toolshop ensures the long-term performance and availability of injection molds through scheduled preventive maintenance activities. This includes tool disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning of inserts, inspection of wear-critical components, lubrication, and functional testing. Maintenance cycles are planned based on shot counts, tool usage history, and customer-specific requirements to minimize unexpected downtimes.
Assembly after repair
We provide tool repair and refurbishment services in-house. Whether it’s wear damage, dimensional deviations, or component failures, our toolmakers perform diagnostics, machining, welding, and precision fitting to restore the tool to production-ready condition. For cases beyond our in-house capabilities, we rely on our supplier network for specialized part manufacturing. In addition, we maintain a stock of critical spare parts to ensure rapid response and minimize production interruptions. We also support major refurbishments including hot runner replacements, cavity/pin rework, and structural reinforcement for extended tool life. Available technologies are CNC milling, laserwelding and sink EDM.
Tool optimisation table
Our toolshop is capable of executing minor tool modifications based on engineering changes, part optimizations, or customer requests. This includes dimensional adjustments, insert replacements, venting improvements, and implementation of design-for-manufacturability changes. The team collaborates closely with project and production teams to ensure technical feasibility.
Sink EDM
Our in-house toolshop provides essential machining support, though currently with basic CAM capabilities, so complex contour programming is not present. We operate a high-speed machining center and two sink EDM machines, complemented by conventional technologies such as milling, turning, grinding, and drilling—ensuring flexibility for the above described activities such as maintenance, modifications, tool refurbishment.
Tool warehouse
To safeguard critical tooling assets, we maintain a, fire-resistant tool storage facility. This secured area is designed to protect customer-owned and high-value tools from environmental and fire-related risks. It ensures that tools remain in optimal condition between production campaigns or during extended storage periods.
