Machinepark

We currently operate 58 injection molding machines. Approximately half of our fleet consists of fully electric machines, and we are actively pursuing an electrification program aimed at transitioning the majority—if not all—of our equipment to electric technology. Our machine capacities range from 50 to 500 tons, all equipped with 3-axis or 6-axis robots, ensuring a high level of automation across our production.
Our production runs non-stop, operating 24/7 on weekdays and weekends.
For more info our list of injection molding machines is available here.

Technologies

In the field of plastic injection molding, we utilize a range of technologies.
We operate three machines dedicated to 2K molding and an additional three vertical machines for overmolding applications.
Our capabilities also include handling high-cavity molds (32 cavities and above), as well as working with in-tool assembly processes.
We have extensive expertise in the production of plastic gears and precision connector components, meeting the demanding requirements of these applications.

Materials

Siroma-Plast specializes in the molding of technical plastic materials.
We process around 2,400 tons of resin annually, with polyamides (PA) accounting for more than 55% of our volume.
Other key materials include PBT (23%) and POM (11%), while PPS, a high-performance engineering polymer, ranks fourth in our material portfolio.

Green resins and regrind

We have experience in processing both “green” and “blue” sustainable material categories. Green materials typically refer to recycled or reprocessed plastics, while blue materials denote certified sustainable virgin-like materials with verified environmental benefits. Where regulations allow, we also implement closed-loop regrinding processes. These efforts support our environmental strategy and commitment to circular economy principles.

Production Control

Our production is supported by the Arburg Leitrechner System (ALS), providing real-time monitoring and control of all injection molding processes. ALS improves transparency, optimizes machine utilization, and ensures traceability and data-driven decision making. The system also supports the planning and tracking of tool and machine maintenance activities, helping us maintain high equipment reliability and process stability.

Clean Room

In 2024, we completed our cleanroom facility, enabling the production of components that require elevated cleanliness standards.
The infrastructure is designed to support up to ISO 7 cleanroom classification, which is currently not utilized in standard production processes, but offers flexibility for future projects demanding stricter environmental conditions.
At present, the cleanroom is used for manufacturing selected automotive components and parts for the food industry.

Automation

At Siroma-Plast, automation is applied in several areas of injection molding operations. Handling tasks such as insert placement and part removal are performed by 6-axis industrial robots. Assembly operations, including screwing and component positioning, are carried out using dedicated automated systems. For quality assurance, we implement 100% inspection using integrated camera-based vision systems. These automation solutions contribute to process stability, reduce manual intervention, and support consistent product quality in serial production.

Infrastructure

Both our production halls are connected to a centralized drying and raw material handling system. This ensures stable material quality, reduces manual handling, and supports continuous, efficient production processes.
The excess heat of production is used in a newly installed heat pump system improving energy efficiency.
