Our metrology department is equipped with a wide range of technologies to support dimensional validation of plastic components. We operate several tactile 3D coordinate measuring machines—including models with dedicated gear measurement modules—as well as an optical 3D measuring machine for fast and non-contact inspection.
Additional capabilities include two double flank gear rolling testers, leakage testers, moisture content analyzers, and a laser transparency inspection system.
At the core of our metrology operations stands our most powerful asset: a ZEISS CT scanner—providing insight into complex internal structures and tolerances with 3D precision.
